1Acceptance of Terms

2Eligibility & Registration

To register and use the klwin platform, you must meet the following requirements:

• Register one account per individual only — multiple accounts for the same person are strictly prohibited.

Klwin reserves the right to request proof of age and identity at any time. If you fail to provide the required documents within the specified timeframe, klwin reserves the right to suspend or close your account and withhold any existing balance until the verification process is complete.

3User Account

Each member is fully responsible for all activities that occur within their account. This includes all wagering, financial transactions, and communications made using your account credentials.

• Your account password must be kept confidential and not shared with anyone.
• Any suspicious login session must be reported to customer support immediately
• Klwin is not liable for any losses resulting from unauthorized access due to a member's own negligence.
• Accounts inactive for 180 consecutive days may be subject to a monthly administrative fee
• Balance transfers between different member accounts are strictly prohibited.

4Deposits & Withdrawals

• The minimum deposit amount is MYR 30 per transaction

Withdrawal:

• The minimum withdrawal amount is MYR 30 per transaction

5Bonuses & Promotions

• The welcome bonus is only claimable once per new user
• The wagering requirement must be fulfilled before winnings from bonus funds can be withdrawn.

• Using multiple accounts to claim the same bonus constitutes fraud and will result in the termination of all accounts involved.

6Game Rules

• Opening or using more than one klwin account.

• Any attempt to manipulate or exploit vulnerabilities in the gaming system.
• Use of bots, automated scripts, or unauthorized third-party tools.
• Collusion between players in Live Casino or poker games to gain an unfair advantage.
• Money laundering or financing illegal activities through the platform.
• Harassing, threatening, or insulting other members or klwin staff.
• Any attempt to breach or compromise the security of klwin's systems.

8Privacy & Data

9Account Termination

An account may be terminated under certain circumstances, whether by you or by klwin.

Termination by Member:

• You may close your account at any time by contacting customer support
• All remaining balances will be returned to the original payment method once all active bets have been settled.
• Account closure requests will be processed within 3–5 business days.

Termination by klwin:

• Klwin reserves the right to close or suspend an account without prior notice if there is evidence of a breach of these Terms
• In cases of fraud or illegal activity, klwin reserves the right to freeze balances pending the completion of an investigation
• Accounts closed due to violations are not eligible to recover balances linked to fraudulent activity

10Liability Limits

To the extent permitted by law, klwin shall not be liable for any indirect, consequential, or special losses arising from the use of our platform.

• Klwin does not guarantee profits from any game or betting activity.
• The platform is provided "as is" and we do not guarantee it will be entirely free from interruptions or technical errors.
• Klwin is not liable for any losses arising from internet disruptions or equipment failures on the user's end.
• Klwin's maximum total liability to any member under any circumstance shall not exceed the net deposit amount made by that member in the preceding 30 days

11Responsible Gaming
